Portfolio of our projects

Lithuanian museum of ethnocosmology

Lithuanian Museum of Ethnocosmology is the unique futuristic building complex near Molėtai, Lithuania.

Before the reconstruction of the centre, building operators faced with the humidity and temperature problems. An effective solution at minimal cost was required; moreover, ventilation and air conditioning equipment had to be adapted to the exclusive futuristic cafe interior designed by architect studio EKSPO BALTA.

Scope of works:

  • Reconstruction of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the observation platform.

Short description of the project:

  • We have developed the moisture control solution based on recirculation and a special control algorithm.
  • The interior has been preserved with the ceiling fan coils and ventilation grilles hidden in niches.
  • Also, a number of energy-saving solutions were applied, and the client was provided with the recommendations for the future reduction of infiltration and possibilities to use natural cooling.
  • The reconstruction was scheduled during the period of adapted building operation

Multifunctional building – ongoing project

Our object is multifunctional building, situated in the Old Town of Vilnius. The building consists of residential and recreational areas, art gallery, and art storage facilities.

During the reconstruction of the building and its adjoining, the main focus was put on the preservation of the cultural heritage of the building and its integration into the single style of the Old Town.

Scope of works:

  • Heating with air supply system SCHRAG; mechanical ventilation and humidification system in the art storage and exposition facilities; ventilation and moisture control system.
  • Geothermal heating station; gas boiler room; main heating and cooling pipework and its auxiliary equipment.

We use consolidated drawings in 3D in order to save on the useful floor space allocated to technical premises and to avoid conflicts during the installation of engineering systems.

Restaurant BIZARRE

The restaurant BIZARRE is noticeable not only for the delicious presentation of two different cuisines, but also for the uniqueness of the interior. It is located in the center of Vilnius, Pylimo st.

The premises of the restaurant are equipped with modern energy-saving engineering solutions. The operating costs are significantly reduced as the heat is recovered from the air removed from the kitchen food production area and reused to heat the fresh air supplied to the quests of the restaurant. Moreover, the building has a highly efficient VRV air conditioning and heating system with zonal temperature control.

Scope of works:

  • Ventilation system with liquid-coupled heat exchangers.
  • Installation of the system ensuring technological air exhaust from the Kitchen hoods (supplied with the TurboSwing fat separation and assembling technology) and air supply to the working areas in the kitchen.
  • Freon-based air conditioning/heating system VRF.
  • Centralized Liquid-coupled heat recovery system.

Shopping and entertainment center "akropolis" – ongoing project

Multifunctional centre of shopping and entertainment "Akropolis".

Scope of works:

  • Design and installation of the HVAC, water supply, sewerage, and sprinkler systems in the tenant areas being under reconstruction.

Production premises for the pharmacy company

In a functioning building, internal engineering systems were installed for the D-class "clean rooms" in the production facilities.

Special wall panels were installed to separate clean and common rooms and internal premises. In the premises, the internal walls were sealed in order to maintain adequate overpressure towards surrounding areas. The hygiene of the ventilation system is achieved by installing Hepa filters of the appropriate class both in the air ventilation unit itself and in the air diffusers.

Scope of works:

  • Ventilation system with air recirculation, H14 class Hepa filters, VAV valves.
  • Technological air exhaust system with laboratory type air extractors.
  • Air heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Humidity control: steam humidification during winter time, air dehumidification during summer.
  • Domestic and industrial water supply and sewage disposal systems.

Laboratory of the FabricAir production building

FabricAir is the producer of textile duct and air distribution systems that is building a research and development laboratory.

The laboratory testing requires having air conditioning and microclimate support system with the possibility to ensure humidity control, air heating and conditioning, delivery of constant and variable pressure.

Scope of works:

  • Air supply to the laboratory is carried out with an accuracy of 1°C throughout the year.
  • Temperature and humidity control in the laboratory.
  • VRV air conditioning system.
  • Independent heat production using electric boilers.
  • Humidity control: in the winter, steam humidification is used, and air dehumidification is used in the summer.
  • Process management and automation.

Apartment building in Labdarių St. 8A

A cozy, small-scale dwelling house is being built in the heart of Vilnius Old Town. The building is distinguished by its unique and luxurious architecture.

The State Hospital of the Vilnius University

The swimming pool in the State Hospital of the Vilnius University has been equipped with a modern system for air moisture control, ventilation and air conditioning.

Scope of works:

  • The required parameters of the swimming pool microclimate are supported by the ventilation equipment including heat pump, air humidity control, plate heat recovery exchanger and air recirculation.
  • HVAC system has been implemented to the swimming pool premises.
  • Heat supply has been ensured for the ventilation system.

GOURMET restaurant area in the shopping and entertainment center Panorama

The Panorama shopping and entertainment center has a new concept catering area, which has built up 20 quality food stores and boutiques. Here,the visitors are invited to taste freshly made meals and get a variety of exotic products to take away.

Unique energy-efficient technical solutions have been implemented during the project. In order to recover the heat from the air exhaust system, the kitchens were equipped with the hoods with the efficient cyclonic filters and UV system that causes contaminants in the air to be destroyed, resulting in reduction of odour emissions to the surroundings as well as grease and fat reduction directly in the hood and in the ductwork.The reduction of grease not only reduces contamination of the system, but also protects against fire as accumulated fats often cause fires in operating catering establishments.

Scope of works:

  • A ventilation system with run-around heat recovery has been installed.
  • The technological air exhaust is assured by cyclonic filters integrated in kitchen hoods, air supply using the AirJet function and UV-C lamps generating ozone for grease reduction.
  • The visitors‘ zone has been equipped with a water-cooled air conditioning system.

The State Hospital of the Vilnius University

The ISO5+ class cleanrooms in the surgery rooms of the Interventional Radiology and Instrumental Surgical Investigations Sections have been equipped with modern HVAC system that satisfies the technical and hygiene microclimate requirements. The system ensures the overpressure in relation to surrounding areas, necessary air reusage and required filtration.

Scope of works:

  • Installation of the ventilation system with H14 class Hepa filters in the surgery rooms.
  • Implementation of the hygienic ventilation units with 1st level Eurovent certification.
  • Implementation of the air-based heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Humidity control (air humidification / dehumidification during different seasons).
  • Air cooling system in the technical angiography room.
  • Implementation of the BMS, process management and automation systems.

UMA Coworking Space, Shoping center GO9, Vilnius

An office coworking space, UMA Workspace, was located in the GO9 attic floor.

Scope of works:

  • Smoke exhaust system

  • Domestic water supply and sewage disposal systems

Food Hall Gastronomy Area, Shoping center GO9, Vilnius

The new gastronomy area, Food Hall, has 9 food and beverage suppliers. During the project was implemented a more environmentally friendly and energy-efficient centralized ventilation system with recuperation, which combines both technological ventilation of restaurant kitchens and fresh air supply for client’s area.

In the kitchens are used air exhaust hoods with efficient filters and UV lamps. The UV system acts as a secondary filtration system that breaks down small fat particles and eliminates odors. This system reduces the risk of fire in the ducts and requires significantly less duct cleaning.

Scope of works:

  • Food Hall area ventilation system with heat recovery
  • Technological air exhaust in kitchens with integrated filters in kitchen hoods, air supply with Air Jet function and ozone generating for fat decomposition

THE STATE HOSPITAL OF THE VILNIUS UNIVERSITY

The renovated 4th floor Toxicology premises was equipped with a hygienic ventilation system with recuperation for intensive care areas. All rooms have a renovated heating system.

  • Reanimation zone ventilation system with Hepa filters H13
  • Humidity supply and control system
  • Air conditioning VRF system
  • Wall heating in the intensive care areas

Talent Garden Vilnius – The Coworking Space

Talent Garden Vilnius is located in the former Ministry of Communications building occupying more than 2,000 sq. m of space on Vilniaus Street. The premises were equipped with new and modernized heating, ventilation, air conditioning and water supply sewage systems.

Technopolis Gama – The Office space

In the Technopolis Ozas business center, Vilnius, on the 3rd-7th floors of the Gama building under renovation, ventilation, air conditioning and water supply and sewage systems were installed in the office space.

Vilniaus University, Life Sciences Center – The Microscope capsule

The Life Sciences Center was equipped with a Glacios™ Cryo Transmission Electron Microscope for 3D protein reconstruction. The microscope capsule and service room were equipped with specific HVAC system and cooling station at the technical floor.

Scope of works:

  • Installation of the ventilation system with H13 class Hepa filters in the microscope capsule room (ISO 8 Class)
  • Extremely low frequency sound attenuation in the microscope capsule
  • Precise temperature control and low velocity air supply in the microscope capsule
  • Water based cooling station, free cooling system
